Your privacy, in plain English

What we collect

When you send the inquiry form, we receive what you type in:

• your name and phone number, and your email if you add it;
• your event type, date, location and approximate guest count;
• your message, and how you heard about us.

To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address. It can't be turned back into your address and we never store the address itself.

How we use it

Only to reply to you about your event. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

Only us. We never sell, rent or share your details. They're stored securely with our website's database provider.

WhatsApp and Instagram

Our WhatsApp and Instagram buttons open those apps. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp and Instagram under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you use the rental list, it's saved only in your own browser so it's still there next time.
